Radejčín

Radejčín is a steel lookout tower in the Czech Central Highlands (České středohoří), rising above the Elbe valley near Litochovice nad Labem. Perched at 375 m above sea level, it's one of the most accessible viewpoints in this part of the Ústí region — a solid pick for a short outing, kids included.

What is this place?

The tower was built at the end of 2009 as part of a 30-metre telecom mast, originally installed to boost mobile network coverage in the area. It has been open to visitors since 2010. Getting to the top means climbing an internal spiral staircase of 97 steps, which leads to a viewing platform set at a height of 20 metres.
