Parque las Mantecas

Parque las Mantecas is the largest urban park in La Laguna, located in the La Cuesta district of Tenerife, close to the Gracia tram stop.

The park sits on Camino las Mantecas, in the La Higuerita neighborhood within the municipality of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. It borders the InTech Tenerife science and technology complex (Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Tenerife), home to research buildings focused on nanoscience, sustainability, and astrophysics. The park itself covers a plot of 59,000 m² and cost around six million euros to build. It opened to the public in February 2019.
