Klanjec Memorial Cemetery

Klanjec Memorial Cemetery (Spomen-groblje, also known as the Memorial Park of Distinguished Klanjec Citizens) is a small commemorative park in the center of Klanjec, a town in the Krapina-Zagorje County of northern Croatia. The site was the town's regular cemetery from 1877 to 1954. When it went out of use, it was not cleared away but instead turned into a memorial area that preserves the original graves of several of the town's most notable residents.
