Malenovice Castle

Between 1692 and 1706 it was rebuilt in Baroque style, turning the residence into a more comfortable, representative seat while leaving its medieval core intact beneath the new exterior. It is this Baroque shell, layered over Gothic and Renaissance foundations, that still defines the building's appearance today.
