About this place
Cascata di Cam in Moltrasio is a natural waterfall on the western shore of Lake Como in Lombardy, Italy. The water slides over local stone into a calm pool before flowing toward the lake. Historically it powered the nearby Mulino di Cam mill — the mill's machinery is preserved in a building beside the waterfall (Via al Mulino). The falls are about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest car park. Admission is free. The waterfall is most impressive in spring, when heavy rainfall increases the flow.
