Graniczna Góra (Graniczny Wierch in Polish, Hraniční vrch in Czech) is a modest but symbolic peak straddling the Polish-Czech border in the Opava Mountains, part of the Eastern Sudetes. Rising to 536 metres, it sits roughly 2 km northeast of the Czech town of Město Albrechtice. The name is no coincidence: the state border runs directly across the summit. A few hundred metres away stands its neighbour, Na Granicy (541 m), together forming a short but distinctive border ridge.
