Delete Account
Here you can request deletion of your NextOnTrip account and all associated data.
What data will be deleted?
Data that will be deleted:
- • Profile information (name, email address)
- • Access tokens and login sessions
- • Device tokens (push notifications)
- • Favorite locations
- • Location visit history
- • Earned badges
Data that may be retained:
- • Locations added to the database – they remain as a community contribution (without association to your account)
- • Location submissions – may be retained for moderation purposes
- • Activity logs – stored for 90 days for security and audit purposes
After account deletion, your personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Activity logs are stored for a maximum of 90 days and then automatically deleted.
